Cement bonded particleboards CETRIS® may be used in inclined roof structures where it is always applied as the load-bearing structure cover (truss, trapezoids) as well as carrier of the roofing system supports, or the roofing itself. Regarding the thickness of CETRIS® board the following must be taken into account:
Sloped roofs
- weight of roofing
- weight of snow depending on the snow areas set for the individual countries
- mounting load (1kN/m2)
- with axis distance of trusses, or top waves of the trapezodial sheet metal
Flat roofs
- weight of roofing
- weight of snow depending on the snow areas set for the individual countries
- mounting load (1kN/m2)
- with axis distance of trusses, or top waves of the trapezodial sheet metal
- fire resistance
The design of bearing boards of the decking must be checked by the designer of the bearing structure (static engineer) as per setting the load, structural solution (in terms of placement and joining of boards to supports, etc.) and correct use of dimensioning tables.
