A modern trend in construction concerns the use of mounted construction systems - either with bearing steel or wooden structure. In construction of detached houses, wooden structures, reconstructions, refurbishments, superstructures or building higher buildings the priority is given to light steel structures.
The reason for use of cladding with cement bonded particleboards CETRIS® is the combination of excellent mechanical and fire-resistance parameters and favourable price. CETRIS® board is not only an external "envelope" of he frame structure and carrier of contact or ventilated heat insulated facade but also a reinforcing elements with wall level wind bracing function. Regarding the flame reaction class A2-s1,d0 and high flame resistance the cement bonded particleboards CETRIS® also favourably contributes to fire resistance of the whole wall structure.
The light steel structure system includes the following three elements:
- thin-walled zinc-coated profiles making up the bearing structure
- of the boards as cladding (cement bonded particleboards CETRIS® above all as exterior cladding)® především jako vnější opláštění)
- mineral fibres as heat and sound insulation
