CETRIS® ECO PDB je broušená cementotřísková deska opatřená perem a drážkou s hladkým povrchem
Cementotřísková deska kalibrovaná broušením o rozměru 1 250 x 625 mm (včetně pera) určená pro technologie suché podlahy.
Kalibrace snižuje tloušťkovou toleranci na +/- 0,3 mm. Desky dodáváme v tloušťkách 30-32-34-36 mm. Desky jsou po obvodě opatřeny perem a drážkou a jsou určeny ke kladení na nosníky nebo k renovaci starých podlah.

Cement particleboards CETRIS®

They are lighter than traditional fibre cement boards, their strength and resistance to weather, frost and mould puts them ahead of chipped cement or plasterboard.

Non-flammable
Cementotřískové desky CETRIS® ECO BASIC, ECO PDB bez povrchové úpravy v tloušťce 30–40 mm jsou klasifikovány podle třídy reakce na oheň dle evropské normy EN 13 501-1: B–s1, d0.
Ecological
Cement particle boards are environmentally friendly. They do not contain hazardous substances such as asbestos and formaldehyde, and are resistant to petrol and oil.
Hardy
Cement particleboards CETRIS® are freeze-resistant, they have been tested for 100 freezing cycles according to EN 1328.
Weatherproof
Cement bonded particle board CETRIS® is the best material for wet environments as well as outdoors due to its moisture resistance.
Hygienically safe
CETRIS® they are hygienic, odourless and contain no hazardous substances.
Soundproofing
CETRIS® are soundproof (air tightness 30 - 35 dB).
Resistant to fungi and mould
Thanks to the durability of CETRIS boards® against moisture, no mould forms on the surface of the boards.

Cement particleboards CETRIS® are absolutely resistant to insects due to their cement content.

Services and finishes
Cement particleboards CETRIS® can be processed with all common woodworking machines. Only tools with carbide should be used for professional panel processing. Boards can be cut, drilled, milled and sanded. The boards can be fastened to structures by screwing or riveting. Alternatively, CETRIS plates can be® attach to the supporting structure by gluing or using clips. Both methods are mainly used for fixing the panels in a suspended ventilated facade system - see facade systems.
Divize CETRIS dle požadavků zákazníků dělí desky v podélném, příčném i šikmém směru. Desky řežeme vždy ze základního výrobního formátu 3350 x 1250 mm na speciálním zařízení. Minimální možné rozměry řezaných pravoúhlých formátů desek jsou 50 x 50 mm. Maximální možné rozměry řezaných pravoúhlých formátů desek činí 1225 x 3 325 mm.
Desky dodáváme s vyvrtanými otvory, včetně zahloubení, dle zákazníkem předloženého vrtacího plánu.
Celoplošné strojní broušení provádíme pro zhotovení podlahových broušených desek CETRIS® PDB z důvodu snížení tloušťkové tolerance na +- 0,3 mm.
Na boční hrany cementotřískových desek CETRIS® dle přání zákazníků frézujemepolopero, pero a drážku nebo srážíme hrany.
Při aplikaci povrchových úprav na cementotřískové desky CETRIS® je nutno dbát zásad uvedených v technických a montážních postupech. Doporučené materiály i zásady používání naleznete zde.

Prescription for the application of surface treatments:
Packaging, storage, handling and parameters of shipped CETRIS boards®
Cement particleboards CETRIS® are placed on transportable wooden pads that allow handling with a forklift. Fixation is ensured by taping the boards to the pad transversely, longitudinal taping is only done on customer's request.
The boards are protected against weathering by a PE foil wrapping. This packaging does not meet the conditions for long-term exposure to the weather when stored in an uncovered area.
Storage of cement-bonded particleboards CETRIS® should be carried out in a covered, dry area so that the boards do not get wet before fixing to the structure.
When storing uncoated boards, pallets of the same plan dimension can be stacked in multiple layers. Pallets with coated boards cannot be stacked.
When handling, the CETRIS plates should be® stored on a pad. In other arrangements, the plates are handled vertically. Manual handling is also carried out in the upright position only.
