Cementotřískové desky CETRIS® lze opracovávat všemi běžnými dřevoobráběcími stroji. Pro profesionální opracování desek by se měly používat jen nástroje opatřené tvrdokovem. Desky lze řezat, vrtat, frézovat i brousit. Desky lze upevňovat ke konstrukcím šroubováním popřípadě nýtováním. Alternativně lze deskyCETRIS® přichytit k nosné konstrukci lepením nebo pomocí příchytek. Oba způsoby se užívají zejména pro přichycení desek v systému zavěšených odvětraných fasád – viz fasádní systémy.

Packaging, storage, handling and parameters of dispatched CETRIS boards

Cementotřískové desky CETRIS® jsou ukládány na přepravní dřevěné podložky, které umožňují manipulaci vysokozdvižným vozíkem. Fixace je zajištěna stažením desek k podložce páskou příčně, podélné páskování se provádí jen na přání zákazníka.
The boards are protected against weathering by a PE foil wrapping. This packaging does not meet the conditions for long-term exposure to the weather when stored in an uncovered area.
Skladování cementotřískových desek CETRIS® by mělo být prováděno v krytých, suchých prostorách, aby desky před upevněním do konstrukce nenavlhaly.

When storing uncoated boards, pallets of the same plan dimension can be stacked in multiple layers. Pallets with coated boards cannot be stacked.

CETRIS® boards should be placed on a pallet for handling. If stored differently the boards should be handled vertically. Also manual transport should be carried out with the boards in vertical position.

CETRIS® AKUSTIC

CETRIS® AKUSTIC je cementotřísková deska s předvrtanými / vyfrézovanými otvory a hladkým cementovým povrchem.

Cement bonded particleboard CETRIS® AKUSTIC is a board made by processing (drilling regularly spaced holes) of the CETRIS® BASIC board type.

In addition to the existing high mechanical parameters, such treatment improves the noise transmission properties. If the plain – basic board CETRIS® shows exceptionally high sound transmission loss, the drilled boards is an absorbent acoustic cladding element.

In comparison to other acoustic cladding materials using of cement bonded particleboards CETRIS® AKUSTIC in addition assures resistance to mechanical breaking and to humidity – all with simultaneous high flame reaction class (A2 -s1,d0). These parameters predestine the new CETRIS® board type for use as absorbing acoustic cladding mainly to sporting facilities, rooms with variable temperature and humidity and buildings with special requirements.

Cement particleboards CETRIS® are freeze-resistant, they have been tested for 100 freezing cycles according to EN 1328.

Weatherproof

Cement bonded particle board CETRIS® is the best material for wet environments as well as outdoors due to its moisture resistance.

Hygienically safe

CETRIS® they are hygienic, odourless and contain no hazardous substances.

Soundproofing

CETRIS® are soundproof (air tightness 30 - 35 dB).

Resistant to fungi and mould

Thanks to the durability of CETRIS boards® against moisture, no mould forms on the surface of the boards.

Insect resistant
